In 2010, we established Mengruolan, a fashion factory. Initially, we lacked some production experience, but as we studied the craftsmanship of well-known fashion brands, we gradually mastered many specialized sewing techniques. To achieve this, we introduced various specialty sewing machines, including four-needle six-thread, sewing, side-stitching, and more, enabling us to handle many clients' unique craftsmanship requirements with ease.
In 2013, we began selectively hiring top-tier sewing professionals as the core force of our workshop's quality control, offering them competitive salaries to ensure the production quality of our clients' products. We also treat the inspection of finished products seriously, ensuring each client's product is ready for perfect sales.
By 2015, as our technical expertise in fashion apparel production matured, we established an international trade department to expand into overseas markets. With years of accumulated experience, we gained popularity among many international clients, who especially recognized and appreciated our quality-boosting our confidence in the global market.
Since 2019, we have developed a strong production capacity with high flexibility, capable of handling small-batch orders. Our current monthly production volume is 50,000-80,000 pieces. We also work closely with eight other factories, and if production is outsourced, our quality control team audits all stages to ensure top quality.
